Ingredients: unrefined sea salt and lemon
Lemon Salt Roasted Chicken Thighs
Serves 2-4
4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
2 TBS s.a.l.t. sisters Lemon Sea Salt
1 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lemon, thinly sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture (to help achieve a crispy skin.) Place
chicken thighs in a large mixing bowl. In a small bowl, combine the Lemon Sea Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are well coated. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and
toss to evenly distribute the seasoning. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin side up, leaving some space
between each piece (to ensure even cooking.) Tuck lemon slices between the chicken thighs for added flavor. Roast the chicken
in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and skin is golden brown and crispy.
(Optional: Baste the chicken with the juices in the pan halfway through the cooking time to keep it moist and flavorful.) Once the
chicken is done, remove it from the oven. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a burst of freshness. This lemon salt-infused
