Shrimp & Farro Appetizer

Serves 2-4
INGREDIENTS

12 Shrimp, 1 cup heavy whipping cream , cherry tomatoes chopped, 1 can Rotel Tomatoes, 1-2 Garlic Glove (slivers) 
1-2 tsp Spanish + Rosemary Sea Salt
 1-2 tsp Birch & Brie House Blend
1 cup Farro Superfood
Fresh Rosemary Sprig
1/2 Lemon 
In a medium pan heat EVOO, add chopped cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves, let simmer. Add Rotel tomatoes, heavy whipping cream, house blend and 1/2 lemon (juice) simmer for 20 minutes.  Add Shrimp to top with fresh rosemary sprigs.  Cover with lid for 15 minutes. 
In sauce pan bring to boil 
3 cups water
1 cup farro
Cover with lid for 15 minutes 
Plate with a scoop of farro and shrimp over the top.
