White Bean Hummus

Serves 8-10
INGREDIENTS

1 (24 oz) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Juice of 1 lemon
2 garlic cloves, minced

1⁄2 cup tahini 1⁄4 cup green onions, chopped 1 TBS Mediterranean & Olive (optional)
Seasoning 1⁄2 cup EVOO

Put the beans into a food processor. Add the lemon juice, garlic, tahini and Mediterranean & Olive Seasoning. Turn the processor on and slowly pour in the olive oil. Process until smooth and thick. Adjust seasoning by adding more Mediterranean & Olive Seasoning if desired. Put in a serving bowl, stir in green onions. Serve with pita chips and/or cut vegetables.
